Looking ahead, CHM plans to expand its loyalty ecosystem through strategic partnerships, enhancing point redemption rewards, and offering more exclusive benefits to loyal members. By the end of this year, the program aims to surpass 500,000 members, further strengthening the value and engagement of its membership community.
