Starting January 1, 2025, CHM’s hotels—including COZZI Hotels, Madison Taipei Hotel, and Courtyard by Marriott Taipei Downtown—launched the “Friendly Farming & Dining” initiative in collaboration with local farmers. Seasonal fruits such as guava and dragon fruit are featured in hotel restaurants, allowing guests to savor each bite of freshness and flavor. This initiative not only provides a healthy and delightful culinary experience but also supports local farmers’ care for the land and respect for the environment.
